Vivien & Jack Wedding Reception Oct 2011

Vivien & Jack wedding reception was on last Oct 2011. I got a call from a friend and ask help for their event at Passion on Oct 2011.  Vivien is such a nice bride and given me the fullest trust to perform during her night. She wrote the warm testimonial for me v(*-*)v:

Jess has done a great job as a cheerful emcee for our wedding night. She has made the night a warm, sweet , cheerful one.  She has also nicely & professionally co-ordinate the whole event flow with the band and for our 2 march-in. With her assistance, we didnt really worry much for the flow of the event. Thanks again , Jess :)

Soooooo nice! Seriously, I sincerely thanks both of them the supports. weee....~~ The guests were really enjoyed that night and came out to the "front " to dance! Actually there were no stage one, the place is "small but nice type", fill with western style long tables,  decorated it with flowers and cupcakes, plus the sweet and jazzy live band performance which made the whole event looks so nicely! 

Look at the lovely cup cakes. There were total 99 cup cakes + 1 round cake on top! It signifies the forever love! In Cantonese saying, long long and 99! Haha!

为什么要请Wedding Emcee?

如果你有留意朋友们的婚宴的话，最近都很流行请专业的婚宴主持人。
他们可不是一般像大妗姐或大妗公，说起话来正统又乏味，而是较有文采和随性。
而主持人扮演的角色，可说是虽不起眼但非常重要。因为他们可以带动全场的气氛由至温馨，热闹，到感动。

嘉宾们认为。。。
台下嘉宾们除了吃之外，最期待的，其实是希望可以多一点了解这一对新人，也借此希望这一对新人可以白头偕老。婚宴主持人可与嘉宾们互动，带给大家更多的欢乐。尤其主持人说起一对新人的生活上小秘密，或是兄弟们的恶搞，或是家人们的祝福时，都能联结台下嘉宾们的兴趣与欢乐。如果花几个小时吃一餐而台上发生一些与我们无关的事，那其实真的很鬼闷的。

如果你不想他们。。。
而主持人是最重要的绿叶。酒家通常会提供临时免费的主持人，也就是酒家自己派人上去说几句好话，或者干脆请大妗姐。这也是个人的喜好。但是很多主持人会把当天晚上当成自己的舞台Show，把全场的锋头而抢去了。那真的是“煞科”啦。其实最瞩目的还是要回归在一对新人以及家人的身上。因为他们才是真正与嘉宾们一起分享喜悦的。

现在的婚宴主持。。。
现在流行的较为简单，大方而不是失传统。许多的新人都希望带出高贵而避除繁文缛节。

主持人的功能还有安排当天晚上的节目流程，新人大可放心的享受当天的安排。下一篇再分享。

David在我婚前拨了一通电话给我，说可以帮忙他的好友的主持婚宴吗？
我犹豫了一阵，担心我的婚期太接近而忙得没时间。
不过我始终相信事在人为！所以我接了！
每一对新人都有属于他们的故事。Ernie&Jenny 也不例外。他们很随和，也喜欢一些Fun的玩意儿，他们希望在可以在晚宴上与嘉宾们一起分享他们的喜悦。
所以呢，我设计好许多的对白，务必要让新人和嘉宾们一起笑融融。

结果当然奏效！
